US Road Trip: Adventure #4

Shannon's birthday wish? Rather than watch her special day evaporate into the ether as we flew high above the Atlantic Ocean during an overnight flight (ATL > CDG > VLC), she decided we needed a little more time at the beach/Casa Francesca.

We spent our days dodging raindrops and sea algae, falling captive to the mesmerizing waves (yep, again), repairing a leaky toilet, and even (successfully!💡🎉) rewiring a broken light fixture -  which only called for 1 trek to Lowe's and 2 to Ace Hardware. 

This U.S. adventure was an absolute whirlwind, and we relished every second. Driving 4,000+ miles to reconnect with 53 people in 10 cities across 9 states may sound a little ridiculous...and it was. But it was also absolutely worth it. If we weren't able to see you this time around, we'd love to connect during the next trip. Or if you're thinking about visiting Valencia, be sure to hit us up.
